1. How long will the course take to complete?
In order to complete the course, you will need to read each unit of course material and complete the quiz at the end of each unit. The course consists of 10 units. Some units are shorter than others. Each quiz consists of 5 multiple choice questions. In addition, you will need to complete a final exam of 25 questions. You can take the course as quickly or as slowly as you would like.
2. Do I have to complete the course in one sitting?
You may start and stop the Off My Record Traffic School course as often as you like, until you have completed the course. When you log back in, you'll be taken back to the last page you looked at before logging out. Please note, partially completed quizzes will not be saved.
3. When do I receive my Traffic School Completion Certificate?
Your certificate will be processed the same day, when you complete the course and pass the final exam by 2:00 PM (PST ) Monday - Friday. If you do not complete before 2:00 PM (PST), it will be processed the next business day.
4. What delivery options do you have?
Standard U.S.P.S. or Federal Express is available (Mon-Fri). Note: FedEx delivery time can be two days.
5. How much does it cost to take the Off My Record Traffic School online course?
The cost is $19.95* and this includes SAME DAY (Mon-Fri) processing of your Traffic School Completion Certificate. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Debit Card.

7. I paid a traffic school fee to the court. Why do I have to pay you too?
The courts charge an administrative fee to allow you to attend traffic school. This is separate from your Traffic School tuition. We do not receive any compensation from the courts and they receive no compensation from us.
8. How do I know if I'm eligible to attend Traffic School?
In California you are allowed to attend traffic school once every 18 months. If you are eligible for traffic school, it will be stated on your court papers. However, we recommend that you contact your court for verification.
9. Is any classroom attendance required?
No. Your classroom is in the comfort of your home. Register, take the course online at your own pace, and we'll process your Certificate of Completion the same day you finish (Mon - Fri).
10. If I feel that I don't have enough time to complete the course by the court assigned due date, can I get an extension?
Yes, the court may grant you an extension. However, you will need to contact your court prior to the assigned due date.
11. Do I have to pay ahead of time?
The Off My Record Traffic School course is free to take all the way through Unit 10. After you pass the quiz in unit 10, you will be required to pay before taking the final exam. Once you have paid there will be no refunds issued.
12. Note: The courts in the counties of Alameda, Kern, Kings, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties have the requirement that your identity must be verified prior to taking the final exam.
